My name is Joan Mendez. I am a dedicated Loan Partner at Prestige Home Mortgage, committed to guiding clients smoothly through the pre-approval process of purchasing a home. With a strong focus on communication, efficiency, and personalized service, I work closely with borrowers to ensure every detail is handled with care—from application to closing.

As a Spanish speaker, I’m able to assist latino clients as well as all our other clients by simplifying complex loan options, coordinating documentation, and keeping transactions on track as a part of John Lucas’ team. My goal is to create a seamless, stress-free experience while helping clients move confidently toward homeownership.
